“True professionals”

Second time moving with Spyder in Denver and WOW, true professionals- they get the job done so fast while being incredibly careful. After my first move with them went so well they were no doubt my first call the second time around. They even helped me get my TV off the wall and my large fragile mirrors that I couldn’t do myself. Makes all the difference to have friendly and efficient movers.

“Last-minute lifesavers”

Great experience with Spyder moving and storage company! We needed last minute movers & they got back to us instantly and were here packing our things in less than 24 hours! Vlad and Andrii were awesome. They were careful with our belongings & very fast and efficient! I will definitely request them again with any future moves!

Our services

Which Services Do Movers in Parker CO Provide?

Many Parker homes sit inside an HOA or metro district, so our movers in Parker, CO, check truck and parking rules before we book the crew.

Short hourly moves across Parker or to Castle Rock, Lone Tree and Aurora, with the Parker Road or E-470 drive included.

Long Distance Moves From Parker

Heavy pieces go on the right dollies with straps; piano moves start at $120.

Moving in Parker

Is Your Parker Address in Town Limits or Unincorporated Douglas County?

A Parker mailing address does not always mean the home is inside the Town of Parker. Stonegate and The Pinery are unincorporated parts of Douglas County, where the county and the HOA set parking and street rules. Confirm which one covers your address, and tell us when you book.

How Do Our Local Movers Work With HOA Rules?

Each HOA or metro district writes its own rules for moving trucks, portable containers and street parking. Check truck hours, container time limits and whether the HOA wants a certificate of insurance (COI). Inside town limits, a container left in the street for more than 24 hours needs a town Street Occupancy Permit.

If your HOA requires a COI, tell us at booking, and we send it to the manager ahead of moving day.

Moving Into a New Build in Sierra Ridge, Stepping Stone or Looking Glass?

Plan for a fixed closing date, a walk-through that can shift by days and fresh floors that need protection. Lennar has built in Sierra Ridge, Shea Homes has built Stepping Stone since 2012, and Looking Glass brings several builders into one master-planned community.

On streets still under construction, we plan around contractor trucks and dumpsters at the curb.

Where we move

Which Parker Neighborhoods Need Their Own Moving Plan?

Every Parker address uses ZIP 80134 or 80138, but not every one is inside town limits. These areas show the difference.

Downtown Parker on Mainstreet 80138

Downtown corridor with Town Hall at 20120 E Mainstreet; plan the truck spot around shop parking.

Stroh Ranch 80134

A south Parker neighborhood; check the HOA's rules on trucks and portable containers before you book.

Stonegate 80134

An unincorporated census-designated place west of town; Douglas County and the HOA set street rules there.

The Pinery 80134

Unincorporated, south of town; large lots and long sloped driveways decide where a full-size truck can park.

Looking Glass 80134

A master-planned community with several builders; new builds come with closing dates that can shift.
